What is the coaching process?

Initially we will meet with you and identify the issues you would like to work on.  We will prioritize the goals for maximum effectiveness.  We will work together to develop a step-by-step plan to achieve success.  As part of the plan we will identify measurable performance indicators.  Finally we will monitor your progress and adjust the plans and as needed.
